Insidious business practices. Brian the manager is a greedy liar, when we were about to have the car towed back out of there because of the over inflated pricing, he quoted $600 over the phone including towing and diagnostics. However, when picking up the car our bill was over $900! It included a $150 oil change (that we normally pay $35) without even mentioning cost to us, even though we were already expressing concern over his exorbitant pricing on the repair! Brian claimed the manufacturer of the 2002 jaguar S-type recommends synthetic oil which was the reason it was so high... I could not find this statement concerning oil grade anywhere in the manual. Never used it before nor ever paid $150 for a oil change!! Also upon calling other car repair shops I received quotes for $387 for the very same work Lee Myles claimed they did! Now getting an evaluation from another car repair shop just to make sure the work was even done! You can not trust a business where they allow the manager to lie to customers or inflate part/labor costs and get away with it. Don't be the next victim...
