I live in the Catskills and was driving to Long Island to meet my brother's newborn daughter with my mother, sister, and year old son. As we hit the Long Island Expressway in the midst of a heat wave our air conditioning broke. We missed an exit and your shop happened to be the first shop we found and we were truely blessed we did! The wonderful gentleman at the desk told us that the shop had closed about a half hour prior, but after taking a look at our sweaty, flushed faced selves and my young son and hearing our story he was willing to hook us up to the recharger and give it a try. I can't thank him enough for his generosity and kindness! It is people like you that restore my faith in humanity! This is a wonderful person to have representing your shop!
