They were quick, knowledge and professional. I was very impressed with the fact they called me at the end of the day when my vehicle was not ready even though they told me it wasn't going to be ready! It was their way of reassuring me that they were on top of the repairs and the status of my vehicle. If you continually experience horrible customer service with any service provider (I'm sure you do...at least I know I do) you will find working with them am outstanding experience. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

From start to finish, Bohemia Autocare are professional and personable. Brian accepted my towed vehicle earlier than anticipated for repair. Diagnostics were done and the issue was quickly identified. I got my car repaired and clean bill of health that same day. Their repair rates were much lower than going to the dealer with the same expertise. I have an older model BMW and I’ve never left the dealer without dropping at least $2K. My vehicle warranty recommended this repair shop. I called them directly and spoke with Brian. He was kind yet offered all the details involved in the process. The car was repaired and completed 2 days earlier than anticipated. Brian had consistent communication and allowed me to ask questions. Reputable Mechanics are a dying breed yet my first experience with Bohemia Autocare has left me as a customer for life. On a side note, the shop is clean & organized with mechanics wearing same attire. Please don’t hesitate to use this shop. I have been taking my vehicles here for 11 years and have established a great and trustworthy relationship. Brian (owner) and Mary who work the customer service are informative, polite and friendly. Ed one of the head mechanics is trustworthy, reliable and knows what he is talking about. I just had my rear brakes and rotors replaced in my truck. Bohemia Auto Care got the job in a timely manner in one day. I have had a lot of work done to my vehicles over the years because both my wife and I commute far miles to work, Bohemia Auto Care keeps my vehicles running smooth with high mileage. I will be staying with them for as long as they are open and recommend them to anyone from engine work to an oil change.

New to the area, and haven't used them yet. However, went in to quote some work. The quote they gave was reasonable, and they certainly knew their business. So we'll see next time my car breaks down!
