Great service unexpected delays

I have always had a good experience here, just maintaining my past car leases. Fast reliable service always.

They were quick, knowledge and professional. I was very impressed with the fact they called me at the end of the day when my vehicle was not ready even though they told me it wasn't going to be ready! It was their way of reassuring me that they were on top of the repairs and the status of my vehicle. If you continually experience horrible customer service with any service provider (I'm sure you do...at least I know I do) you will find working with them am outstanding experience. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Even though being very busy. Took the time to replace brake light for my wife. Much appreciated would always recommend.

From start to finish, Bohemia Autocare are professional and personable. Brian accepted my towed vehicle earlier than anticipated for repair. Diagnostics were done and the issue was quickly identified. I got my car repaired and clean bill of health that same day. Their repair rates were much lower than going to the dealer with the same expertise. I have an older model BMW and I’ve never left the dealer without dropping at least $2K. This outcome was well below. I highly recommend your car service, whether foreign or domestic, to Bohemia Autocare.
