I took my daughter’s car here with an emergency situation. It needed a cooling fan replacement and the amount they charged was almost double that of standard rate ( I checked with other people later and it should have been $850 but they charged $1500). They also recommended a front brake replacement for $575 but I got it replaced for $400. It was a bad experience and looks like they took advantage of an emergency for a new customer.

Called this morning for my Inspection and was told to come down and in less then 20 minutes I was out the door . Brian was super courteous and recognized my need to save time . I was thoroughly impressed !

The greatest customer service! It's a very personable and friendly environment. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and very straightforward about what is wrong with your vehicle, and they do not add any unnecessary services when not required. Very professional Autocare Shop. These guys are honest and I trust their recommendation's. My whole family takes there cars to Bohemia Auto Care.
