I was just in for a routine oil change and inspection, and although it was nothing huge, it's always nice to see Rich Brian and Dave.

My experience with Lee Myles was SO refreshing, the mechanic kept me informed throughout the diagnosis process, and I felt l was completely in the loop as he advised me of my options. Bottom line my car came in with a terrifyingly, ominous bumping sound and left running smoothly in only a day. And the cost didn't derail my trip to the mall the next day. That's all I need to know!

I had placed a call to Bohemia Transmissions and Auto Care late afternoon to obtain a transmission fluid change. I had anticipated being told that I would have to make an appointment or come back the following day. Instead, I was told "although we are pretty busy here today, you can bring you car in and we'll make our best effort to get you in and out within two hours". When I arrived, I noticed their lot was almost filled to capacity. The two hour approximation seemed very unlikely. As I walked in, the staff was friendly and engaged me in conversation while I waited. My car was ready sooner than expected (1.5 hrs) and the cost for service was reasonable. I plan to return again early Sept to have my Ford Explorer's transmission repaired by the team at Bohemia Transmissions and Auto Care.

these guys do a great job checking out your car and then informing you but not pressuring you as to what your issues are! Not always happy spending money on my car but very glad to know someone cares enough to make sure i dont get stuck!

Great communication from these guys. They kept me in the loop every step of the way with my repair, and took the time to tell me about the business concierge service, which I'm definitely going to take advantage of next time!

Friendly and competent service on the phone and in person. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Very good experience.

WOW...once again, Richie and his amazing team come thru with flying colors!!! ....no brake lights , windows wouldn't open, and lights stayed on forever inside, dropped the car off, they took me back to my office, a few hours later a call, car was finished, also they let me know other things that needed to be addressed in the near future. And the bill was the best part!!!!!, If your not taking your repairs to them, your missing out on great service and amazing cost savings. Oh and my inspection was overdue, and they took care of that too, one stop and all my worries are over. Thanks guys your the best!

Came in for a tune up and oil change. They gave me an estimate before completing the job. Also gave me an estimate on other things they found and allowed me to decide which ones to do first. Then they said they could do it all that day. Very nice.
